Overview

Sail across the crystal-clear waters of Bacalar, Mexico's famous “Lagoon of Seven Colors,” on a relaxing catamaran adventure surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Discover the unique ecosystem that gives the lagoon its stunning shades of blue while learning about the region's fascinating history, including the pirate attacks that once shaped this Caribbean frontier.

Bacalar is a peaceful freshwater lagoon in southern Quintana Roo, famous for its striking gradients of blue and white sand. The lagoon is home to ancient living fossils (stromatolites) and cenotes. Our group catamaran trip is the perfect, low-impact way to cruise these waters, swim in its many secluded spots, and soak in the magic of one of Mexico's most stunning natural wonders.
